When caught “red handed” with this omission he was reported to have said that “You can’t make an omelet with out breaking a few eggs.” Apparently the editor of the Daily Review feels the same way when he bad mouths Attorney General Tom Corbett for taking his oath of office seriously. If editor wants to turn the United States into another form of government that ignores our guarantees of freedom, spelled out in the US Constitution, he should at least be intellectually honest and just say so. Congressman Carney and Senators Specter and Casey took an oath to defend and protect the US Constitution and apparently their oaths have meant nothing to them. The Durantys of this world will use the same car insurance/ health insurance analogy or any other bogus argument to act as a smoke screen to advance their real agenda. The health insurance industry orchestrated this whole scheme to get 100% of the market share and to avoid the supply and demand aspects of premium pricing. Sure there was ” GOOD COP” /”BAD COP” tactics regarding the PUBLIC OPTION and ABORTION FUNDING, but that was just for show. ( Why do you think AARP spent 27.9 million dollars lobbying

Yes, there are Durantys all over
the media. Remember a democrate can do no wrong and a Republican can do no right. That is their stance.

Obamacare will impact every one and eclipse the life span of all. In FDR’s time there was the ‘New Deal.’ When the magnitude of this disaster becomes evident, Obamacare will be known as ‘Obama’s Bad Deal.’ This is what Rep. Carney (D-PA 10th) voted for, against the majority of his district. For me, he’s out.

The Obamacare delivered won’t look like the Obamacare advertised.

- Speaker Pelosi: “Obamacare is the beginning of taking America ‘in a new direction’ … “Kick open that door, and there will be other legislation to follow…” including student loans (done), education, energy, immigration, finance, mortgage lending, etc.

- Michael Zak: “Obamacare would be Obama’s Enabling Act … Obama’s czars and other appointees would be authorized to bypass Congress in enacting sweeping regulations on nearly every aspect of a person’s life …”

Rep Dingell: “It takes a lot of hard work and preparation to create a system that will ‘control the people.’”

Rep Conyers: “Congress has the authority to mandate purchase of health insurance …” citing the ‘Good and Welfare Clause’ of the Constitution. There’s no such clause.

VP Biden: “We’re going to control the insurance companies€¦” If the idea is to control costs, why can’t health insurance companies compete across state lines using the free market forces to drive prices down?

EDITOR: Politics is rarely what it appears. Obamacare has little to do with health care but much more with socialism and increasing dependency on Government.

- Al Sharpton: “Americans overwhelmingly voted for socialism when they elected Obama …”

- Senator Baucus: “Obamacare will address the ‘mal-distribution’ of income …”

- HHS Sibelius: “Obamacare strategy is to reduce company profits.” How will companies draw investors or make capital improvements?

18th Amendment baning the manufactures, sale and transportation of intoxicating liquors? If the Government can constitutionally use the the concept of promoting our “General Welfare” to force us to purchase health insurance, with the threat of fines and jail why did previous elected officials feel the 18th amendment was even necessary? Answer that Prof. Carney!

Dear Editor,
I would suggest that any student at Penn State Worthington in Scranton, who was taught by Associate Professor Chris Carney, ask for their money back. ObamaCare is Unconstitutional and Carney Voted for it! Can Professor Rep. Carney explain why it was necessary to pass the 18th Amendment baning the
